LUX dynamics warrants the materials, workmanship, functions and finished appearance of the entire fixture body for a period of 10 years from the date of shipment. If within ten (10) years from the date of shipment, the fixture body fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, LUX dynamics will repair if possible or replace free of charge.
LED electronic components such as: LED boards and drivers, which become defective within the electronic components manufacturer’s warranty of 5 years, may be exchanged for new electronic components at: the electronic components manufacturer’s service center, the electrical wholesaler, or directly with LUX dynamics. Damage caused by electrical malfunction, board failure or conditions out of manufacturers’ reasonable control such as: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, in handling, dropping; (b) acts of God; (c) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart or otherwise modified; (d) units not used in accordance with directions; (e) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (f) depreciated or loss of charge time; shall not be covered by this warranty.
With the addition of polycarbonate lenses to the IK10 series, LUX dynamics warranties damages by typical impacts from baseballs, golf balls, basketballs, soccer balls, hockey pucks, field hockey balls, lacrosse balls, footballs, softballs, kick balls, and other common sports equipment.
Warranty service is available by shipping prepaid to the authorized service facility provided. Warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to send the product in for service. Purchaser is responsible for safely sending the product to repair facility. Please be sure to wrap the product securely when shipping to avoid damage. A valid copy of original invoice and Return Merchandise Authorization are required for all warranty services.
