We are seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate can function in a fast-paced environment while maintaining extreme attention to detail.

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with quote requests, order acknowledgments, and questions. Customer Support responsibilities include resolving customer queries, providing quotes, and processing sales orders for our customers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our client’s trust. Ultimately, you will help maintain our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Summary of Major Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries through email and phone to provide positive, courteous service to customers and sales personnel.
  • Answer questions regarding products, pricing, deliveries & returns. Provide shipping information and product samples.
  • Responsible for creating quotes for our lighting agents in a fast and accurate manner.
  • Work with production and shipping departments to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped promptly.
  • Provide assistance and support to the outside sales team as requested. 

Requirements and Skills

  • Friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and desire to be part of a busy office support team
  • Proficient in Word, Windows, Outlook, Google, etc., with a minimum typing speed of 30WPM
  • Proficient in basic math and English skills
  • QuickBooks knowledge (Preferred)
